The board paper is due Thursday. You have the data and no argument. This is consulting judgement, as an AI agent.
Ask any capable AI and what comes back reads well. A tidy structure, a framework, three recommendations. Then you read it properly and find a statistic nobody can trace, a heading that names a topic instead of stating a finding, and a conclusion that happens to agree with whatever you implied you were hoping for.
That last one is the dangerous failure, because nothing about it looks wrong.
This agent is built against both. Every number carries a label: a fact with its source, an estimate with its method, an assumption to be validated, or an honest gap with an owner and a date. Before anything leaves, it asks itself whether it would have written the same thing had you signalled the opposite preference, and it argues the strongest case against its own answer rather than a convenient one.
What you actually get. 22 domain frameworks and 16 craft references, more than 83,000 words, covering strategy, commercial and pricing, operations, organisation, technology and AI, transactions, due diligence, carve-outs, integration, value creation, private equity, restructuring and corporate finance. A router opens the one or two files your question needs, never all of them, because over-thinking a simple ask is its own kind of failure.
And two reviewers you can point at your own work. One reads a draft deck or memo and flags label titles, unsourced numbers, unquantified adjectives and recommendations with no owner. The other reads a model and catches formulas that change part way across a row, hardcodes buried inside formulas, plugs and missing checks.
It scales to the question. Something asked in chat gets a few sentences. A board paper gets the full workflow and a red team pass.
