This page covers what you get, how to install it in about two minutes, what the licence allows, and how delivery and payment work. The three things people ask first
What you actually get
A folder containing the instructions, the templates and the reference material, packaged as an Agent Skill. It is plain text and standard files, so you can open the whole package and read every line before you run anything.
How you install it
Zip the folder, open Customize and then Skills in Claude, choose Upload a skill and select the file. Skills work on every Claude plan, including Free, as long as code execution and file creation is switched on under Settings. Two minutes, once.
Where it runs
Agent Skills is an open format, originally built by Anthropic and now published at agentskills.io. The same folder is read natively by Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, VS Code and Cursor. Any other assistant that reads files can follow the instructions too, you just point it at them yourself.
Afterwards
Updates to a product you have bought are sent to the email address on the order, at no extra cost. You keep the version you downloaded either way.

The download link is on the confirmation page and in your email. Save the file somewhere permanent. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then write to us and we resend it.
At checkout
Pay by card in euro. Prices are final prices including German VAT, and a VAT invoice from Wang Advisory GmbH is issued automatically to the billing details you enter.

Checkout runs on Stripe. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never seen or stored by Wang Advisory. Prices are shown in euro including German VAT where it applies, and a VAT invoice from Wang Advisory GmbH, Berlin, is issued with every order.

Questions worth answering properly

Do I need to be technical? No. You zip one folder and upload it, the same as attaching a file to an email. Nothing is installed on your computer and the included guide walks through each step. If you can attach a file, you can do this.

Which Claude plan do I need? Any of them. Skills work on the Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans, and in Claude Code. The one requirement is that code execution and file creation is switched on under Settings, Capabilities. On Team and Enterprise it is usually on already.

Can I use it with ChatGPT, Gemini or another AI? In most cases yes. Agent Skills is an open format published at agentskills.io, and the same folder is read natively by ChatGPT and Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, VS Code and Cursor. For an assistant that does not support the format yet, you upload the folder and tell it to follow the instructions inside. You lose the automatic triggering, not the content.

Can my whole team use one licence? No. A licence covers one named person. Team licences exist and are priced per seat, so write to us rather than passing the file around.

Can I get a refund after downloading? The right of withdrawal ends the moment we make the download available, because you agree to immediate delivery at checkout and confirm you understand what that means. That is standard for a product like this. A broken or incomplete file is a different matter and is replaced or refunded.

Will it work with my own template? It ships with the Wang Advisory master and can be pointed at yours instead. For a build on your own template and methodology, write to us.

What if the platforms change how skills work? The format is published as an open standard rather than one company private feature, and what you buy is plain files that you keep. If the loading mechanism changes, you still hold the instructions and the templates, and the updated version comes to you at no extra cost.
If a product does not do what this page says it does, we would rather hear about it than keep your money. One email is enough, and it is answered by the person who built the thing.

Yes. Most of what is in the store started as something built for an engagement. If your firm has its own template, methodology or reporting standard, we can package it the same way. That is a consulting engagement rather than a download, so it starts with a conversation.
Custom work
Do you build custom skills?
Nothing you give the assistant passes through Wang Advisory. The skill runs inside your own Claude or other AI account, on your own material, under your own account terms. We see your order and billing details and nothing else. What we hold, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.
Privacy and confidentiality
What happens to my data?
There is no trial, because the product is a file. What there is instead: the product page lists exactly what is in the package, the screenshots are real output rather than mock-ups, and this page tells you what happens if it is not what you expected. If you want to see more before deciding, ask and we send sample output.
